At Hosiery & Sock Outlet, we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, canceled, or added to.
Final Sale Items
- All shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special Orders (items ordered specifically for a customer that are not regularly stocked by Hosiery & Sock Outlet) are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in brand-new, unused condition.
- Be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Have a return request submitted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Return Window
The day your order is delivered or marked ready for pickup is considered Day 1 of the return period.
Please note:
- Saturdays and store holidays/closed days are not counted toward the return window.
- Each order is eligible for one return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, please use our online claim form. Damage claims submitted without authorization from our online department will not be accepted.
Once approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Please note that color transfer or color running in black-and-white garments is not considered a manufacturing defect.
International & Forwarded Orders
Prepaid return labels are available for U.S. deliveries only.
Hosiery & Sock Outlet is not responsible for items that are forwarded or transported outside the United States after delivery. If an issue is discovered after an order has been taken outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for returning the item to us for review and resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hosiery & Sock Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
