Returns
HosieryAndSockOutlet.com will provide a store credit to the customer for all returned items provided the following conditions are met: the product is in brand new condition and the packaging has not been opened; the customer contacts HosieryAndSockOutlet.com within two weeks of the purchase of the product at orders@hosieryandsockoutlet.com; and receives a confirmation that the product can be sent back; and the customer will pay for return shipping. "Special Orders" consisting of products ordered specifically for the customer that HosieryAndSockOutlet.com does not regularly stock are not returnable.
For local orders in the Monsey area, there is a fee of $5 to have an exchange made at your door.
HosieryAndSockOutlet.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If any product is believed to be damaged the customer must contact orders@hosieryandsockoutlet.com within 30 days of receiving the order to put in damage claim.
