Returns will provide a store credit to the customer for all returned items provided the following conditions are met: the product is in brand new condition and the packaging has not been opened; the customer contacts within two weeks of the purchase of the product at, and receives a Return Authorization Number; and the customer will pay for return shipping. "Special Orders" consisting of products ordered specifically for the customer that does not regularly stock are not returnable. If a customer wants to exchange a product they will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to  If the customer then wants to reorder the product in a different color, size, etc... or to use the store credit for some other product the customer will pay for shipping if the new order is less than $50 and if it's more than $50 the items will be shipped without a shipping fee.
