HosieryAndSockOutlet.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns of Damaged Items : To submit a damage claim, click here. Damages returned without authorization from our online department will not be accepted.

The day an order is delivered or marked as ready for pickup is considered Day 1 of the return window. Saturdays and store holidays/closed days are not included in the return period.

If any product is believed to be damaged, the customer must submit a return within 30 days of receiving the order to put in a damage claim.

HosieryAndSockOutlet.com will provide a store credit to the customer for all returned items provided the following conditions are met: the product is in brand new condition, and the packaging has not been opened; the customer contacts HosieryAndSockOutlet.com within 7 days of when the order is received.

"Special Orders," consisting of products ordered specifically for the customer that HosieryAndSockOutlet.com does not regularly stock, are not returnable.

In the rare case that there was anything wrong with your order, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. H&S doesn’t take responsibility for the issue.
