Returns will provide a store credit to the customer for all returned items provided the following conditions are met: the product is in brand new condition and the packaging has not been opened (except snoods which come in packaging and I anticipate that the customer will open the package to try on the product before deciding to return it); the customer contacts within two weeks of the purchase of the product at, and receives a confirmation that the product can be sent back; and the customer will pay for return shipping. "Special Orders" consisting of products ordered specifically for the customer that does not regularly stock are not returnable. If a customer wants to exchange a product the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to  If the customer then wants to reorder the product in a different color, size, etc... or to use the store credit for some other product the customer will pay for shipping if the new order is less than $65 then the customer will pay $6.99 for a shipping fee and if it's more than $65 the items will be shipped without a shipping fee.
