JRP Triple Roll Anklet, JRP Capri Anklet

The JRP Triple Roll Anklet is also known as the JRP Capri Anklet.  This sock is pre-rolled and stitched into place once and then you roll it one more time to give it a neat look.  The rollover area is ribbed.  The sizing below is according to JRP, I think a kid could wear the sock size listed below if they're 2 shoe sizes smaller than it says.  Meaning a size 17 shoe could wear a size 4-5 sock.  Most of these socks have the size on the bottom of the socks.  Especially in the size 0-4 and some of 4-5 don't have the size on the bottom.
