DaCee Scalloped Tulle Bow Large

This DaCee Scalloped Tulle Bow is quite large.  It's elegant and great for fancy events.  The photo of the girl with the bow is of a girl about 7 years old, the bow will look smaller on an older girl.  The ribbon part hangs down about 12 inches.
